We were trying to sign into our app online and finally figured out my wife also needed to be added as a policy holder for our insurance cards to show in her State Farm app. Neala quickly remedied that while I was on the phone with her and she also removed the lien that was still showing on my paid off vehicle. I love great customer service!"

"Had an issue with my minivan that required a tow. I filled out the form via text, which was super simple, just need to have your policy number, then received a follow up text with the tow company details etc. The tow truck came within 30 to 40 minutes. They were easy to work with and did a fantastic job. All in all this was way easier than I thought it would be. Thank you State Farm!!"

"Josh replied promptly to my "insurify" request then provided me with alternative coverages/deductibles before binding coverage. Took about 15 minutes. Now my monthly premiums are almost 50% less than what I was paying with O Travelers! Great job!"

"I had a flat afterwork on the interstate and had to get towed and the State Farm agent called serval times to give me up dates on the arrival time for the tow truck and called me after to make sure everything went good. This made me feel safe."
